NOTICE OF THE 7th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SOCIETY OF MEDIATION PROFESSIONALS (SINGAPORE)
Dear Members,
Notice is given that the 7th Annual General Meeting for the Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore), UEN No: T15SS0007H, (“the Society”) will be held by way of electronic means via video-conferencing (Zoom) on Wednesday, 31 March 2021 at 7.15pm to transact the following business:
AGENDA
1. To approve the minutes of 6th AGM held on 19 March 2020.
2. To receive the annual report of the Executive Committee for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
3. To receive and adopt the audited accounts for financial year ended 31 December 2020.
4. To elect two (2) Honorary Auditors under article 17.3 of the Society’s Constitution.
5. To elect eleven (11) members of the Executive Committee under article 13.7 of the Society’s Constitution.
6. Any other business to be transacted.
