Developed a strong relevant experience in contract and commercial aspect of the construction industries, oil and petrochemical sector as well as alternative dispute resolution. Currently serving as mediator for State Court of Singapore (Volunteer Mediator), Singapore Mediation Centre (Associate Mediator) and Singapore Construction Mediation Centre (SCAL Panel of Mediators).

Involved in projects for major Clients in the Building, Engineering, Oil Petrochemical, Transport, Power and Pharmaceutical industries including LTA, PSA, Jurong Port, ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron, Petronas. Experience is predominantly construction based, both in pre- and post-contract including successful negotiation and finalization of significant valued claims and close out various types of construction contracts.
