NOTICE OF THE 11th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SOCIETY OF MEDIATION PROFESSIONALS (SINGAPORE)
Dear Members,
Notice is given that the 11th Annual General Meeting for the Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore), UEN No: T15SS0007H, (“the Society”) will be held on:

at

Maxwell Chambers Suites, Flamingo Room
to transact the following business:
AGENDA
1. To approve the minutes of 10th AGM held on 21 March 2024.
2. To receive and adopt the annual report of the Executive Committee for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
3. To receive and adopt the audited accounts for financial year ended 31 December 2024.
4. To elect eleven (11) members of the Executive Committee under article 13.7 of the Society’s Constitution.
5. To appoint and elect two (2) Honorary Auditors for the year ending 31 December 2025.
6. Any other business to be transacted.

(a) A member may submit questions to the society via email at secretariat@smp.org.sg.The questions must reach the Society at least 7 clear days prior to the Annual General Meeting;
(b) All substantial and relevant questions will be addressed by the Executive Committee prior to, or at, the Annual General Meeting.
