The Society of Mediation Professionals (SMP) held its 11th AGM at 7 pm on 20 March 2025, 7pm. Maxwell Chambers very generously sponsored the venue for the meeting, which was chaired by Lim Tat, SMP Chair. The attendees were updated on the full calendar of activities organised for members in 2024 ranging from social mixers to webinars and workshops on mediation-related topics. The AGM also covered the usual financial matters. SMP took the opportunity to thank Honorary Secretary Teh Joo Lin for his services as he was stepping down from the Exco. The AGM concluded with a special thanks being offered and tokens of appreciation presented to Lim Tat and Loong Seng Onn, who had served on the Exco for more than 10 years.
The AGM presented an excellent opportunity for networking and catching up over good food and wine (generously provided by Lee Kher Sheng and Lim Tat, respectively). We hope to see you there next year!
